Key Responsibilities

Manage production timelines, handovers, and reviews to ensure smooth workflows

Collaborate with various teams to define and enhance the coaching voice

Conduct voiceover sessions and provide constructive feedback to coaches

Required Qualifications and Education

Experience working with talent, performers, or creators

Strong editorial and creative judgment

Organizational skills and ability to remain calm under pressure

Proactive approach to identifying and solving blockers
