A company is looking for a temporary Administrative Assistant to provide support to the School Engagement team.
Key Responsibilities
Create customized letters and emails using Microsoft Word Mail Merge features and Luminate
Update CRM database with data and activity for donors, participants, and accounts, and prepare reports
Develop, coordinate, and maintain record-keeping and filing systems for the area of responsibility
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
One year of experience providing basic administrative support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
Experience and knowledge with Microsoft Word Mail Merge
Ability to type
