Staff Accountant – Accounts Payable Focus

Join our dynamic finance team and take your accounting career to the next level! We're seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant with strong accounts payable experience to play a key role in our campus finance department.

  • Collaborative Team : Work closely with managers, faculty, students, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Process vouchers, prepare invoices, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Support monthly and year-end closes with account analysis and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies; support audits as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and analyses.

    • What You Bring :

    Bachelor's in Accounting (or 5 years' experience), proficiency in Microsoft Office and Dynamics, excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
