We are Wipp and we are creating the first Civic Intelligence System using agentic and digital twin technologies.

Wipp is building the civic intelligence layer for government affairs. Our platform mines and structures data from legislative records, hearings, campaign finance, lobbying disclosures, and policymaker networks—creating digital twin models of lawmakers that can read bills, predict alignments, and generate coalition strategies. We help advocates and enterprises move from static policy monitoring to real‑time, data‑driven influence.

🚀 What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a hands‑on programming genius VP of Engineering —or potentially CTO / Co‑Founder for the right person—to lead the product’s technical vision and execution.

Requirements :

  • 7+ years of experience in ML or full‑stack development, with a proven record of shipping complex B2B software products.
  • Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a closely related field.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable building from 0→1 and leading in ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated ability to hire, manage, and scale engineering teams efficiently.
  • Full‑time commitment—we’re building fast and big; no side gigs or part‑time setups.

Nice to Haves :

  • Boston‑based or open to relocating— in‑person collaboration is a huge plus.
  • Passionate about Political Science, Sociology, or related field.
  • AI digital twin cloning technology or similar.
