We specialize in innovative tax solutions including Cost Segregation Studies, Depreciation Optimization & Outsourcing, and Fixed Asset Analysis, to help businesses uncover hidden value and accelerated growth. Our small team blends startup energy with professional rigor, and we’re passionate about delivering results that matter.

We are proud to be entering our sixth year in business, continuing to grow and evolve in a niche and impactful space. We serve corporate clients such as The Weather Channel & Choice Hotels, various small & medium sized businesses, as well as individual high wealth investors.

What You’ll Do

As an Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-impact tax services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Conducting Cost Segregation Analyses & Fixed Asset Reviews
  • Supporting Client Communication and Project Coordination
  • Participating in Site Visits & Data Collection
  • Managing Project Administration & Financials
  • Assisting in Form 3115 Filing & Form 4562 Review
  • Create Client Deliverables & Project Documentation
  • Assisting with Corporate Fixed Asset Accounting
  • Routine Collaboration with Firm’s Founder

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business-related field
  • Strong analytical & organizational skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Business Suite
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset

    • Nice-to-Haves

  • Internship or professional experience in accounting
  • Exposure to fixed asset accounting or cost segregation
  • Experience with client-facing roles & client communication
  • Familiarity with project management & deadlines
