Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Corporate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide legal guidance on corporate matters, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations while supporting our business objectives. This position plays a critical role in managing legal risks and facilitating corporate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance and compliance matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Advise on corporate structure, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support corporate initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address legal issues and develop strategic solutions.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in relevant jurisdictions.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, transactional law, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance and compliance regulations.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and drafting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
