UX Researcher

A company is looking for a UX Researcher to join their team in Atlanta, GA.

Key Responsibilities

Understand the day-to-day activities of the target user population using the portals

Create stakeholder interview guides and lead workshops to validate and refine requirements

Develop concept and usability test plans, lead test sessions, and synthesize findings for the product team

Required Qualifications

Experience in a similar UX research role or significant relevant knowledge and abilities

Relevant education and / or training is considered a plus

Ability to conduct both in-person and remote stakeholder interviews

Experience in creating and leading usability test sessions

Familiarity with synthesizing research findings for product management and design teams
