Job Title : Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician working within a GMP facility. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing stainless steel biopharma equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Collaborate with co-workers to determine root cause of failures and implement corrective actions to avoid future events.
• Maintain operation of cGMP utility equipment, including HVAC, Dust Collection, Coolers, Air Compressors, Lighting, Electrical, and Water / Plumbing systems.
• Order and requisition machine parts, equipment, and other supplies to maintain and replenish stock.
• Support the training of maintenance and operations employees.
• Write or modify Preventative Maintenance (PM) procedures.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair problems promptly while performing scheduled Preventative Maintenance.
• Demonstrate excellence in maintenance functions and understanding of motors, valves, heat exchangers, instrumentation, pumps, agitators, alignments, seal replacement, chillers, boilers, and various tools.

Work Environment

This role operates on a 1st shift schedule from 7 AM to 3 PM, with initial training provided during this shift. The GMP environment requires adherence to safety protocols, including the use of hair nets and beard nets.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $85000.00 / yr.
