Key Responsibilities

Support and guide designers through regular feedback sessions and design reviews

Collaborate with creative leadership and production to ensure alignment with project goals

Establish clear design goals and oversee the design pipeline for timely delivery

Required Qualifications

Proven experience managing and mentoring a team of game designers

Deep understanding of game design principles and development processes

Expertise in at least one design discipline (e.g., systems, level, combat)

Experience shipping games successfully, ideally on PC or console

Strong leadership and facilitation skills
