About the Role

We are a data-driven organization committed to leveraging analytics to drive financial and business decisions. Our team values collaboration, accuracy, and efficiency in data management and analysis. The Senior Accountant plays a pivotal role in our Finance and Accounting team. Reporting to the Controller, this role will be accountable for handling essential accounting functions, including the month-end close process, revenue recognition, expenses, and audit support. This is an individual contributor role and requires a hands‑on, detail‑minded, critical‑thinking approach to the financial operations of the Company and has great communication skills.

This is a hybrid position that requires at least 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday) in our San Francisco HQ.

You will

Month End Close

• Assist with Envoy's monthly worldwide financial statement consolidation, including intercompany entries. Post journal entries, review general ledger accounts, and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• General Ledger (GL) Responsibilities : Maintain the integrity of the general ledger, oversee the chart of accounts, and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Prepare and review monthly / quarterly fluctuation analysis over income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Timely resolution of any issues identified with a proper level of management to timely review, investigate, and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, and reports.
