A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to enhance training programs through the development of effective learning materials.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and update training materials including eLearning modules and instructor-led resources
Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with stakeholders to identify performance gaps
Create engaging learning content and evaluate training programs for effectiveness and compliance
Required Qualifications
Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools and learning management systems
A bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field is preferred
Two to four years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development
Familiarity with the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus
Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and technologies
