Full-Time Dental Hygienist

Fusion Dental – Bethesda, MD

Schedule : Monday 7 : 40 AM – 7 : 00 PM | Wednesday & Thursday 7 : 40 AM – 5 : 00 PM | Friday 7 : 40 AM – 2 : 00 PM

Pay :   $55-68 / hr Based on experience

Are you a motivated and collaborative dental hygienist looking for a fast-paced, professional environment where you can grow and make an impact? Fusion Dental – Bethesda is seeking a driven, friendly, and detail-oriented hygienist to join our energetic team full-time.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional preventive and therapeutic hygiene care to patients of all ages

Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments, scaling, and root planing as needed

Educate patients on oral health, home care routines, and treatment recommendations

Take digital x-rays and update patient records accurately

Collaborate with the dental team to provide an outstanding patient experience

Stay current with advancements in dental hygiene and office protocols

Work efficiently to manage time and contribute to a smooth, productive day

Qualifications

1 year of dental hygiene experience preferred, but open to new graduates with the right fit

Active Maryland dental hygiene license

Experience with Dentrix, Microsoft Word, and Excel is a plus, but not required

Excellent communication and time management skills

Friendly, welcoming, and patient-focused demeanor

Motivated, professional, and eager to grow in a results-oriented environment

Adaptable and able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced setting
