Accounts Payable Specialist

Los Angeles-based Internet Brands is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist. This position will report to the Account Payable Manager and have broad exposure working on many different tasks for a dynamic and growing company.

Responsibilities :

• Assists with the month-end closing process.
• Uses popular accounts payable software.
• Is part of a team to record all accounts payable transactions.
• Investigaates accounts payable issues as needed.
• Builds relationships with vendors and other departments.
• Assists in training new accounts payable staff.
• Assists in onboarding new accounts payable staff.
• Ensures payments are made accurately and on time.
• Helps in developing accounts payable processes and procedures.
