What will you do as Director of Production Scheduling at Sealed Air?

You will lead the global production scheduling strategy, ensuring flawless execution of the detailed production schedule across our manufacturing network. Your mission will be to align supply, demand, and capacity while optimizing cost, service, and asset utilization. You will drive standardization, process excellence, and digital transformation in production scheduling to support Sealed Air's operational and sustainability objectives.

• To establish standardized scheduling processes across plants, ensuring alignment with IBP and Master Planning.

• To lead variance analysis and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions in manufacturing.
• To drive continuous improvement and change management across people, processes, and systems.
• To collaborate with Supply Planning, Manufacturing, and Logistics to balance supply and demand efficiently.
• To support key business and supply chain initiatives globally.
