Competitive Pay with substantial Bonus Opportunities. This position starts at $19 / hour. Once promoted to Assistant Manager, you can expect to make $65-$75K with overtime.

We are hiring at multiple Virginia locations.

Requirements : Primary Duties :

  • Run our location operations alongside our management team to ensure a smooth process for staff and customers. You will be responsible for properly opening and closing locations, equipment maintenance, employee scheduling, metrics reporting, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized location and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
  • Interview, hire, and train employees.
  • May be required to travel to multiple locations in Virginia and Maryland.
  • Must be willing to work outside during all seasons.
