Remote Shipping Coordinator

A company is looking for a Shipping Coordinator responsible for arranging, scheduling, and monitoring freight pick-ups with carriers in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Arrange and schedule daily freight pick-ups and monitor scheduled pick-ups for delays

Prepare and manage shipping documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Track freight status and communicate updates to customers and internal teams

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in logistics, freight coordination, or transportation scheduling

Strong understanding of LTL / FTL freight and carrier pick-up processes

Proficiency with carrier portals and TMS / ERP systems

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Ability to troubleshoot shipping issues effectively
