Key Responsibilities
Quickly respond to and resolve customer inquiries via email and phone
Process orders, returns, and exchanges for both online and retail channels
Assist with fulfillment functions and support retail operations across locations
Required Qualifications
1-3+ years of customer service experience
Passionate about helping customers and a team player
Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
Flexible work schedule availability for early / late hours and weekends
Experience with e-commerce systems is a plus
