Salary Range : $88,192.00 - $136,697.60

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments and special tests, and document all required information in accordance with company policies and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess and identify patients' conditions.
• Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care.
• Exercise sound nursing judgment in making patient care management decisions.
• Provide emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medications as ordered, including over-the-counter and prescription medications.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plan of Care for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel, maintaining high standards of professional nursing practice.
