UX Content Designer (Writing and Proofreading) - 25-03362

Hybrid in Fort Worth, TX 76155 – 1 Year Contract with possible extension. Pay: $60.00/hr – $64.00/hr on W2.

We’re a multidisciplinary UX team that drives the user experience for both customer and employee‑facing applications. In this position, you’ll work with the Senior UX Designer and be responsible for creating content across our employee‑facing customer service tool. You’ll deliver clear, consistent, customer‑focused content based on research and product insights.

What you’ll do

• Plan, create, and manage content across multiple digital channels.
• Partner with UX Product Designers and product teams to provide relevant, customer‑focused content.
• Participate in user research to understand and analyze content performance, identify improvement areas, and optimize messaging.
• Lead content governance, implement best practices at an enterprise level, and coach others on content strategy best practices.
• Create documentation such as scripts, knowledge base articles, and content embedded within the product.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, technical writing, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years creating and executing digital content multiple.
• Extensive experience planning for and developing useful, usable content, including instructional text, error and confirmation messages, taxonomy, and SEO.

Preferred qualifications

• Master’s degree in English, journalism, or technical writing.
• Experience using a content management or knowledge management system and agent‑facing applications.
• Experience with technical projects involving AI / machine learning.
• Travel industry experience.

• Superior writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proven track record of collaboration across product and UX teams.
• Passion for creating great digital user experiences and knowledge of emerging technologies.
• Advocacy for effective, user‑friendly communication and consistent messaging across channels.
• Collaboration with multiple stakeholder groups to gain alignment and input related to content needs.
