Office Clerk

Job description

We are looking for office clerk to undertake a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.  Candidates should be energetic, self-starting, willing to learn, professional attitude, and have good organization skills.

The position is Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm. Benefits include personal time, paid medical insurance, and paid holidays. Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities :

• Effectively communicate.
• Produce and file various legal documents such as motions, petitions, or judgments with courts.
• Answer phone calls, take notes / messages, and redirect calls when appropriate.
• Maintain and update confidential files.
• Communicating terms between clients and defendants.
• Managing office calendar.
• General clerical duties.
