A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Guide new customers through the onboarding process and ensure accurate system setup

Coordinate kick-off calls and manage early communication with customers

Process account updates and maintain system accuracy across platforms

Required Qualifications

Experience in customer onboarding or project management

Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools like Asana and Basecamp

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
