Ceramic Injection Process Engineer or Molding Professional

We have an immediate full time opening for a engineer or molding professional to work with Ceramic Mold Injection processes.

• Job Responsibilities :
• Develop and optimize ceramic injection molding processes to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency
• Design and implement process parameters for new ceramic components and products
• Troubleshoot molding defects and implement corrective actions to minimize waste and downtime
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality assurance, and production to ensure seamless operations
• Monitor and analyze process data to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous innovation
• Maintain detailed documentation of processes, procedures, and specifications
• Conduct trials and experiments to validate new materials, equipment, and methodologies
• Train and mentor production staff on best practices for ceramic injection molding techniques
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout all manufacturing processes
• Support new product development from concept through production launch
• Skills Required :
• Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Ceramic Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ceramic injection molding or powder injection molding processes
• Strong understanding of ceramic material properties, rheology, and sintering processes
• Proficiency in process optimization techniques and statistical analysis tools
• Knowledge of MIM - Metal Injection Molding, is a big plus
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach
• Experience with CAD software and molding simulation tools is highly desirable
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and documentation skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours when needed to support production requirements
