Senior Client Delivery Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Client Delivery Manager (CDM) - Project Manager (IT) T3.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end customer engagement, including onboarding and service delivery

Conduct regular business reviews and propose improvements to ensure customer satisfaction

Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with sales for renewals and commercial responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in a related field

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Technical Engineering, Economics, or related field

Knowledge of functional business processes and project management fundamentals

Understanding of cloud business models and SAP NS2 cloud solutions

ITIL knowledge and Project Management Professional certification are beneficial
