Director of Business Development

A company is looking for a Director of Business Development & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate opportunities for strategic partnerships and new initiatives

Oversee the end-to-end execution of new initiatives, ensuring alignment with market needs and business goals

Develop tools and processes to facilitate consistent evaluation and rapid movement on new business opportunities

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in healthcare strategy and operations with a proven track record of scaling initiatives

Experience in consulting, investing, or corporate strategy with strong healthcare operational knowledge

Ability to manage large-scale initiatives from concept through launch and iteration

Strong financial acumen, including experience with financial models and market analyses

Experience in oncology value-based care or related fields is preferred
