Rainbow-Themes is seeking a Senior Blockchain Infrastructure Developer to lead the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of Ethereum and EVM-compatible networks . If youre deeply experienced in validator client operations, consensus layer mechanics, and infrastructure at the protocol levelthis is your opportunity to build and maintain the backbone of cutting-edge decentralized systems.

Deploy, manage, and monitor Ethereum and EVM-compatible full nodes and consensus clients across both mainnet and testnet environments.

Configure and optimize performance of leading clients such as Lighthouse, Prysm, Teku, Nimbus , and Lodestar .

Develop tooling for extracting, indexing, and querying blockchain state and transaction data .

Build backend services to power validator monitoring, performance analytics , and event-driven systems .

Work with JSON-RPC , WebSockets , and build real-time data pipelines .

Troubleshoot complex consensus issues including finality delays, fork-resolution , and slashing protection .

Design high-availability node infrastructure with robust backup, failover, and load balancing strategies.

Optimize cloud and bare-metal deployments for performance, resilience, and security.

3+ years of experience working with blockchain infrastructure , especially Ethereum or EVM-compatible chains .

In-depth familiarity with at least one Ethereum consensus client :

Lighthouse (Rust)

Prysm (Go)

Teku (Java)

Nimbus (Nim)

Strong understanding of Ethereums Proof-of-Stake consensus mechanism .

Proven experience running full nodes , archive nodes , and validator clients .

Expertise in working with JSON-RPC , WebSocket APIs , and Ethereum data structures.

Backend development / scripting in Python , Rust , or Go .

Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus , Grafana , or ELK Stack .

Skilled in Docker , Linux system administration , and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or bare-metal) .

Contributions to Ethereum consensus R&D or open-source repos .

Knowledge of slashing protection , key management , and validator economics .

Experience with custom chain indexers or platforms like The Graph .

Involvement in staking-as-a-service or DePIN networks .

Infrastructure experience for Layer 2 networks or rollup architectures .
