Collections Specialist Corporate Finance

Description A rapidly expanding B2B services and finance company in Rancho Bernardo is hiring a Collections Specialist to join their growing accounting team. This role focuses on corporate accounts and requires someone with excellent communication and analytical skills who can manage high-volume, professional collections with tact and persistence. Key Responsibilities : + Oversee collection activities for national corporate clients. + Perform daily AR follow-ups via phone and email to ensure timely payments. + Analyze client accounts to identify disputes or recurring issues. + Collaborate with sales and account managers to maintain client relationships. + Post payments and reconcile customer accounts in the ERP system. + Generate weekly AR aging reports and track performance metrics. + Recommend process improvements for credit and collections workflow. Requirements + 35 years of corporate collections or accounts receivable experience. + Strong Excel and ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle). + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset. + Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting preferred. Schedule : Full-time, hybrid (2 days remote).
