Primary Care Physician

Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an exciting opportunity for a Primary Care Physician position in Pueblo, CO. This role is with a leading wellness center dedicated to providing whole-person care. Join a collaborative team of over 400 employees, including clinicians, nurses, and administrative staff, all committed to improving the health and well-being of the community.

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary : $240,000 annually
  • Sign-On Bonus : $10,000 (paid in two installments : $5,000 after orientation and $5,000 after one year of successful employment)

    • Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services for adult and pediatric populations, including diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, and health maintenance
  • Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary medical team to support the organization s mission and goals
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and state / federal regulations
  • Deliver care in alignment with managed care requirements and quality standards

    • Requirements

  • Active Colorado Medical License as an MD or DO
  • Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Addiction Medicine preferred
  • Current DEA Certificate, including Suboxone DEA
  • CPR and ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 3-12 months)
  • Eligibility for malpractice insurance coverage
  • Proficiency in computer use, including EMR systems
