Position Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the attraction, assessment, and selection of top talent for LWVI. This role serves as a trusted partner to hiring managers, providing expertise and guidance throughout the hiring process while maintaining a high level of professionalism and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- Florida Range $22.00 - $25.13
- Paid time off with a starting maximum of 144.04 hours per year.

Schedule and Travel
This position works a hybrid schedule with 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday. In-office days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Office days are subject to change based on business needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Performs and supports all aspects of the recruitment process including posting job ads, reviewing applications, phone screens, video and in-person interviews, observations and other duties as requiredMaintains timely and professional communication to candidatesProvides strategic perspective on how to source quality candidatesFields questions from applicants regarding the interviewing processWorks with hiring managers to define staffing needs, job qualifications, candidate selection criteria, and advertising in multiple media venuesPartner with hiring managers to understand job requirements by actively shadowing departments and observing workflows, ensuring a deep understanding of role needsMaintain ATS data and assist hiring managers with navigating and effectively using the system to manage candidates and recruitment workflowsAlign job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each positionMaintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholdersMarkets the organization to potential employees and explains benefits and compensation programs as well as company expectationsNetworks within the community and may participate in job fairsDrives technology, systems, and process improvementsRegularly gathers and reports on data related to recruiting activities and process improvement initiativesEnsures all job descriptions, job posts, candidate information, and recruiting materials are accurate, up-to-date and organizedPerforms other projects and duties as assignedEducation and Experience
High School or equivalentBachelors Degree in related field preferredRelevant educational or work experience preferredQualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
