Develop growth strategies grounded in data-driven insights and provide actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders. Collaborate closely with internal partners in Marketing, Product, and Decision Science to refine personalization strategies and support sustainable growth. Enhance economic optimization frameworks by developing customer-level, ROI-driven targeting strategies and implementing forecasting models to maximize revenue while optimizing investment and costs. Scale marketing portfolios by activating behavioral signals and optimizing offer selection and timing to drive incremental revenue. Position requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related STEM field, and 1 year of experience with data and business analysis. Experience must include 1 year of experience with each of the following : performing data analysis to gain organizational insights and identify cost reductions; developing data analysis processes and analytics; using raw data to create visualized dashboards; data analytics using SQL; reporting data analytic findings to management; solving data integrity and data migration issues; cloud-based Big Data platforms, including Microsoft Azure; using SQL-based systems to create business processes; and Alteryx, Machine Learning, Pyspark, Python, Tableau, and unstructured data. Telecommuting is available up to 2 days per week.
