A company is looking for a Remote Inside Junior Mortgage Banker.

Key Responsibilities :

Utilize a dialer to make outbound phone calls to warm leads

Support a Senior Vice President with lead generation and follow-up

Manage leads in CRM and provide excellent customer service to clients and referral sources

Required Qualifications :

High school degree or GED required; 2-4 year college degree preferred

1+ years of experience in sales or customer service roles

Comfortable working on a computer while on the phone

Friendly personality with a strong sales acumen

Dependable and self-motivated with leadership potential
