Job Overview

Alta DC is seeking a motivated Residential Remodeling Sales Consultant to generate new business, meet with homeowners, and guide clients through the early phases of residential remodeling projects. This role owns the sales process from first contact to signed agreement. While you won't be responsible for producing estimates, your construction knowledge is critical to capturing scope accurately and setting realistic expectations.

This position is ideal for a confident communicator with a passion for home improvement and a process-driven sales approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Follow-Up

Generate leads via networking, referrals, and outreach

Meet with homeowners to understand goals, priorities, and constraints

Gather complete and accurate information for the estimator

Present proposals with clarity and professionalism

Document all sales activity and client interactions in HubSpot

Qualifications

Proven sales experience with strong closing skills

Sales experience in the construction or home improvement industry

Full-Time - Monday to Friday. Flexibility required for evening or weekend homeowner meetings.

Location

Everett, WA 98208 - Project meetings throughout Seattle and surrounding communities.
