Key Responsibilities
Drive the commercial success of learning and enablement offerings across enterprise accounts
Partner with sales and customer success teams to position learning as a key lever for customer adoption and expansion
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of customer training programs and deliver high-quality learning experiences
Required Qualifications
Proven track record of selling and implementing learning solutions in enterprise accounts
Deep understanding of the Americas enterprise landscape and customer engagement
Strong background in program management and enablement strategy
Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and gain buy-in for training initiatives
