A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Assistant to provide administrative support to Mortgage Loan Originators.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the collection of required documentation from borrowers and respond to their inquiries regarding loan status
Utilize marketing tools to help grow the Mortgage Loan Originator's business
Participate in corporate and business line training while ensuring excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year of experience in administrative support activities
National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration required
Ability to manage multiple tasks / projects and deadlines simultaneously
Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software applications
