[job_card.job_description]Work varied schedule with potential floating requirements to sister site Banner Goldfield based on census and staffing needs Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care for patients in PCU setting Utilize specialized knowledge and judgment to provide age-appropriate care Complete patient assessments including physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and discharge planning needs Formulate and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with multidisciplinary team Delegate appropriately and provide nursing supervision to other licensed nurses and personnel Document all assessments, planning, implementation and evaluation in patient records Participate in shared leadership activities and staff education / orientation Current valid RN license required (state of practice, temporary / interim, or compact licensure) BLS certification required Minimum one year acute care hospital experience required Must have worked in acute care setting within past 12 months as RN in specialty area Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and use proper body mechanics Must maintain clinical performance competencies through annual validations Bachelor's degree and professional certification preferred Referral bonus
