Drive revenue and profitability globally with support from Sales teams. Negotiate and establish strategic partnerships and alliances. Expand into new regions and customer segments. Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction. Conduct risk assessments and due diligence. Attend industry events and build professional networks. Lead negotiations and close deals. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience. Experience in Warehouse / Industrial Automation or Material Handling with emphasis on sortation, conveyors, palletizing. to 10 years in Business Development, Marketing, or Product Management. Proven ability to grow business with new products or solutions. Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. Experience with automation technologies, industrial systems, or logistics solutions.
