Join Our Team as a Sr. Business Development Manager at Johnson Electric!

Location : Vandalia, OH, USA (Remote w / travel with the ability to occasionally come onsite for sales meetings, customer / internal projects).

As our next Business Development Manager for Warehouse Automation products, you'll be at the forefront of identifying, creating, and capturing new business opportunities that drive sustainable growth and create value for our Warehouse Automation Business Unit. You'll build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders while expanding our market reach.

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Set long-term goals and align business development with company strategy.
  • Research and identify new markets, clients, and opportunities.
  • Drive revenue and profitability globally with support from Sales teams.
  • Negotiate and establish strategic partnerships and alliances.
  • Expand into new regions and customer segments.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Conduct risk assessments and due diligence.
  • Attend industry events and build professional networks.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience.
  • Experience in Warehouse / Industrial Automation or Material Handling with emphasis on sortation, conveyors, palletizing.
  • to 10 years in Business Development, Marketing, or Product Management.
  • Proven ability to grow business with new products or solutions.

    • Bonus Points If You Have :

  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Experience with automation technologies, industrial systems, or logistics solutions.
