Employment Opportunity Details :

• Above average base salary, annual retention bonus, annual performance / metric bonus and option for additional shift work for pay
• PTO accrued each year of 29 days

• Occurrence Based Malpractice coverage
• Currently No Call! No Over-nights! No Weekends!
• No OB!
• Flexible shifts available : 7a-3p, 7a-5p, 7a-7p based upon schedule needs
• Supportive and collegial Anesthesia Care Team Model with Medical Direction : 1 : 2, 1 : 3 (ideal) and 1 : 4 (rare)
• Peripheral Nerve Blocks are a must with strong Ultrasound regional skills required
• Patient draw base of over 500K
• Level 3 trauma center
• Wide variety of cases- almost all except major trauma and transplant! Cardiac is taken by a separate team
• Wide variety of ages : peds (healthy) 6mo and up!
