Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist

This role will work closely with the AMS Mobility Team to support the US PERM Recruitment function. Responsibilities :

• Lead communication with external vendors, providing timely updates and ensuring documentation is received.
• Own documentation and posting compliant standards for the team.
• Own high important requisitions, providing holistic support for internal and external customers.
• Create and manage job postings.
• Conduct Recruiter phone screens and set up evaluations with hiring managers, for all qualified applicants.
• Review and finalize recruitment matrix for each job posting, in a compliant manner.
• Ensure each stage is carried out in a timely and compliant manner.
