We’re partnering with a leading entertainment and media company to find a talented Content Manager for their dynamic team. This role offers a hybrid work setup with office presence primarily at a Glendale location, supporting an exciting event production project. Ideal candidates possess strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills, and thrive in fast-paced environments. The assignment spans 7 to 12 months, starting in mid-January 2026, with potential overtime based on project needs.
Content Manager Responsibilities :
Oversee content development, tracking, review, and approval processes for various guest communications and digital platforms related to large-scale events.
Manage and maintain content trackers, workflows, and timelines in collaboration with internal teams, sponsors, and stakeholders, ensuring timely review and publication.
Facilitate change requests and update communication content across multiple formats including emails, websites, and apps.
Support digital content uploads, version control, and CMS management to ensure accurate and consistent information across event channels.
Participate in planning meetings, report progress, flag risks, and contribute to post-event documentation and reviews.
Content Manager Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Theater, English, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2-4 years of experience in content management, editorial, writing, or related roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, Keynote, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
Familiarity with project management tools and CMS platforms.
Strong organizational skills and ability to make quick, informed decisions.
Experience in marketing or creative agencies, event production, or web / app content is a plus.
