BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Clinical Manager (RN required) to join our Lees Summit, MO Adult Nursing & Pediatrics Home Care office.

Responsibilities for a Clinical Manager :

• Education of clinical staff, including oversight of a nurse residency program.
• Lead field staff in delivering exceptional client service and quality clinical care while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Visiting clients in their homes and supervising field clinicians.
• Accountable for internal case management and evaluation and development of field staff.
• Assisting with in-home client assessments and completing the care planning process by providing clinical insight and support for your team.
• Combination of being able to work both with patients and office staff.
