Your new role
Due to our significant growth, we are expanding our investment capabilities in New York, focusing on Infrastructure, Property, Private Credit and Private Equity.
The purpose of the International Colleague and Culture (Human Resources) team is to provide support to the London and New York offices with the objective of building our Investment and Enterprise capabilities, while supporting culture development and capability to deliver high performance.
This position is responsible for delivering high quality administrative support services across all C&C (HR) domains covering talent, learning and development, reward, onboarding, and systems administration. There will be a particular focus on supporting the New York C&C activities and providing backup support to the London C&C activities.
Key responsibilities :
Draft and post job adverts on the AustralianSuper Careers website and external online job boards.
Schedule interviews, meetings and briefings, ensuring all logistics are coordinated.
Process or prepare offer letters and arrange offer packs.
Initiate & manage candidate background check processes with due diligence, keeping both the Talent Acquisition Team & C&C Colleague team updated on any key issues
Act as the relationship manager for our external background screening provider, managing weekly update calls on background process.
Maintain and administer all recruitment systems, including system process improvements and guidance.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes to meet internal process requirements and legal and regulatory needs including conducting a new hire orientation.
Support HR compliance including maintenance of I-9, legal posters and notices.
Produce regular and bespoke reporting as required.
General administrative support for all lifecycle and team activities including ad hoc and scheduled reporting requirements, processing invoices, maintaining files, and training and development scheduling for C&C.
Prepare standard letters for review and signoff.
Update and refine content on the relevant Colleague & Culture intranet pages.
Support benefit enrolment and administration.
Become the Oracle SME for NY in all relevant people processes and reporting needs and support the C&C Advisor led Oracle or system projects.

Pay transparency notice
The hourly salary range for this position is $44 per hour to $60 per hour. Our standard work hours are 35 hours per week (this is based on full-time hours, located in New York City). The base pay offered may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, and experience and refers to the amount AustralianSuper is willing to pay at the time of posting.
