Job Description

A large, well-established construction company is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team in West Springfield, MA. This is a straightforward AP role focused heavily on data entry and invoice processing, supporting multiple entities and client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and process a high volume of vendor invoices in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update financial records with precision and consistency.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve discrepancies related to invoices and payments.
• Manage AP functions across several business units and client names.
• Ensure all documentation is properly filed and organized for audits and reporting.
• Assist in preparing checks, ACH payments, and wire transfers.
• Input and maintain vendor information in the accounting system.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00 / hr.
