As a Wireline Operator, you will be asked to properly and efficiently perform all wireline service and shop duties as directed by senior and supervisory personnel.
This position will primarily be assigned to Toe Prep and Pump Down Operations.
Responsibilities
Pre-job preparation and load outsPre and Post job vehicle and equipment inspections and associated paperwork and / or reportsRigging-up and rigging-down equipment at the well siteAssembling perforating guns and well logging equipment at job siteMaintaining DOT records and communications as required by FMCSACompleting job-related paperwork and other records for self and assigned crewPromoting and maintaining good customer relationsReceiving instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on well site activityPerforming basic duties at the well site and at the shopDriving company vehicles in a safe manner while observing Company and government regulationsMay supervise and train other Field Operators while maintaining a high level of safety awareness at the well sitePerforming other related duties as requiredRequirements :
High school diploma or equivalent educationClass A or B CDL or ability to obtain within 90 days of employmentHold a clean driving record and the ability to pass a Federal background checkBasic reading comprehension and writing skills are required.Basic computer skills are preferredPromotes safety awareness and ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelinesStrong mechanical aptitudeAbility to work and communicate well with customers and employeesMust be reachable via telephone 24 hours a day when in an “on call” status. Must report to work within 30 minutes of notification and work at well sites for extended periods of timeBenefits
