Mentor junior team members and maintain technical documentation. 10+ years of hands-on Oracle BRM experience with strong architecture & development skills. Expertise in BRM customizations, pricing, pipelines, and integrations. Strong Unix / Linux, Oracle DB, and scripting (Shell / Perl / Python) knowledge. Proven experience in production support with 24x7 environments. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
