Maintenance Operations Coordinator
The Maintenance Operations Coordinator plays an essential role in keeping both maintenance operations and property management running smoothly within a small, collaborative team. This position supports daily maintenance coordination while also assisting with property management responsibilities as part of a unified, one-team approach.
In this role, you will help ensure technicians, tenants, and vendors stay aligned, schedules stay organized, and communication stays clear. Maintenance coordination is the primary focus, but supporting property management operations is an expected and valued part of the position.
This role requires flexibility, accountability, and a strong team mindset. Priorities and workload will be clearly directed by the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure balance, clarity, and effectiveness.

This position does not require prior maintenance or property management experience. We provide training and hands-on guidance.
