The Floor Technician at McKnight Place Assisted Living and Memory Care is responsible for maintaining the order and cleanliness of the facility, keeping all floors clean, sanitized, and odor-free, and provide a clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and employees.
As a Floor Technician at McKnight Place Assisted Living & Memory Care, you will:
Ensure assigned public spaces are in clean and orderly condition.
Assist in cleaning resident apartments, as needed.
Maintain supply of soap, paper products, and other janitorial supplies.
Perform waste disposal procedures.
Strip, wax, and buff tile floors.
Clean and extract upholstery.
Extract and bonnet carpets.
What We Offer:

Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Rotating weekends
Full-Time: Evening Shift 12:00pm-8:30pm
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
6+ months of Floor Technician experience in a skilled nursing, assisted living, hotel, or multiple residence facility.
A High School Diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact pleasantly and effectively with staff, residents, and families.
Reliable transportation is required.
