Technical Recruiter

The Role

We're looking for a Technical Recruiter with at least 5 years of experience across both agency and in-house environments to help us build Sciforium's foundational tech team. You'll partner closely with engineering leadership to identify, attract, and hire world-class talent across software, infrastructure, and AI domains. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-ownership environments and is excited to shape recruiting operations from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, role requirements, and interview processes.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent across engineering, infrastructure, and AI disciplines.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, and other channels.
• Drive an exceptional candidate experience and represent Sciforium's mission and culture authentically.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Leverage ATS analytics to optimize and streamline the recruitment pipeline.
