About This Role

We're looking for a licensed HVAC lead installer to join our team at Degree Heating & Cooling. As the leader of your install crew, you'll work hands-on while guiding apprentices to deliver high-quality installations for residential and light commercial customers. You'll ensure every job is done right, safe, and to our high standardsall while providing excellent customer service.

About You

• You have 5+ years of field experience and are looking for an opportunity to grow and be better supported
• You like to get the job done right the first time
• A strong communicator and a natural at explaining basic maintenance suggestions to customers
• You enjoy training and mentoring apprentices

What You'll Do

Must Haves

Pay range : Pay is dependent on experience; $35 / hour and up + spiffs and bonuses. Top technicians earn over $120,000 per year.
