Role Summary
We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Chief of Staff to the CEO to act as the right hand to our Chief Executive Officer. This is not a traditional assistant roleit is a hybrid of operational leadership, high-level executive support, and strategic initiative execution. You will work closely with the CEO to manage day-to-day priorities, drive key initiatives forward, and serve as an extension of the CEOs office across internal and external communications.
The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive, high EQ professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to manage up, across, and down with tact and precision.
