Description

The Systems Engineer will ensure the operational functionality of system releases by focusing on all aspects of system design and engineering / integration. The System Analyst will work with government stakeholders, development and support teams to develop and integrate secure capabilities.

Provides on-site engineering, support, and research of SIGINT / IO / EW / CSO systems

• Identifies, de-conflicts and orchestrates integration of innovative technology being developed throughout the community
• Systems Engineering Support over a broad range of hardware types including RF assemblies, power supplies (AC and DC), FPGAs, digital signal processors, network / server equipment, and embedded architectures
• Plans, tests, and provides technical expertise to the identification of innovative technology within the community
• Evaluates vendor capabilities to provide required products and services
• Analyzes, interprets, and generates Engineering Schematics and Change Notices
• System and performance modeling
• Root Cause Analysis
• Hardware Design with respect to component / assembly analysis, specification, integration, and testing
• RF System / Subsystem analysis and specification review
• Provides engineering support to the process of integrating novel solutions to existing Programs of Record (POR)
• Provides transition support of newly identified and innovative technology to existing PORs
• Utilizes communication skills and the ability to express thoughts and ideas clearly and concisely, employing technical writing techniques
